Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated raw apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and sugar.
Beat in small bowl the oil, eggs and milk.
Combine 2 mixtures.
Add 1 cup grated raw apples.
Stir. Bake in greased muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool in pans.
Dip each muffin in melted margarine, covering all over.
Then put in a plastic bag with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and shake.
