Chicken Lynn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 stick Ritz crackers (saltine won't do)
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Cool slightly.
Then pull meat off bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with chicken pieces.
Mix sour cream with undiluted chicken soup and spread over chicken.
The soup is salty enough, but if desired, some salt and pepper may be used over the chicken before adding the sour cream and soup.
Crush crackers and spread over casserole.
Melt oleo and put over crackers.
Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
