Baked Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    paprika
    unsalted crackers or Melba toast
Preparation
    Blend cheese and sherry; stir in shrimp, chives and horseradish.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Spread in 8-inch pie plate or flan pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Spread hot mixture on crackers.
    Makes 2 cups.
