Maple Sweet And Sour Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage links, browned and cut up
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
    1 large green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and put in saucepan the juice with the cornstarch, salt, pepper, vinegar and maple syrup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring.
    Add pineapple, browned sausage, cherries and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    May be cooked in crock-pot.
    Serve in chafing dish.
