Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour (mixed with raisins)
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. molasses
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger/nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add pumpkin, milk, molasses and eggs, beating well.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in raisins.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
