Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
4 medium uncooked, peeled potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. water
Preparation

In large skillet brown chops, drain on paper towel.
In 2-quart oblong pan cover bottom of dish with butter.
In baking pan arrange potatoes and mushrooms and chops.
In small bowl combine water and onion soup mix.
Pour over meat.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours until potatoes are tender.
