Venison Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean venison
2 lb. fat salt pork
5 Tbsp. sage
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 onion
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Grind all meat fine.
Mix all ingredients.
Put into casings or fry as country sausage.
