Crackling Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. sour milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. pork crackling
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add egg, sour milk and oil; blend well.
    Add 1 cup cracklings, stir and pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Cut in squares and serve.
