Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal Cluster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. coconut or nuts (optional)
1/4 c. drained cherries (optional)

Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the ingredients begin to boil.
Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter and oats.
If you want other ingredients, add to mix at this time.
Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper to cool.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
