Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 small can chopped green chili peppers
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into well-greased skillet or muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
