Pork 'N' Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 onion
    3 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet.
    Remove and drain fat.
    Cut up onions and potatoes and brown in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add pork chops to potatoes and onions.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over chips.
    Allow to simmer on medium-low for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Salt to taste.
