Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped and peeled tomato
1/2 c. each, finely chopped: green pepper, celery and cucumber
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
6 to 8 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large can tomato juice
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Cover; chill at least 4 hours.
Serve in chilled cups.
Pass crisp croutons.
Makes 6 servings.
