Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small yellow squash
    1 small onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    2 c. croutons or breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain. Mix eggs, cheese, milk, butter and sugar with squash. Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover with buttered croutons or bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
