Hurry Up Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
    1 egg (at room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt in bowl.
    Stir water, egg and oil.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover; let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make soft, sticky dough.
    Turn dough onto a floured board; continue to work in flour until dough can be kneaded.
    Knead until smooth and elastic (about 3 minutes).
