Taco Shells - Tacos(International Cuisine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas (flour)
    cooking oil
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 lb. hamburger or chopped meat, chicken, etc.
Preparation
    Put sizable amount of cooking oil in frying pan (large enough to hold tortilla); heat until almost scalding (don't boil).
    Place tortilla in open-faced until just slightly brown on bottom, then turn and fold in half (you have to hold slightly open with fork to shape like a taco shell).
    Brown one side, then flip it over and brown other side; take out and place on paper towel to absorb oil. Stuff with meat and toppings.
