Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
12 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. Swedish rye crumbs
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut, sour cream, onion and garlic.
Place mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered pan.
Top with corned beef. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over beef.
Top with rye crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and cheese melts (20 to 30 minutes).
Serves 4.
