Anniversary Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla, beating after each. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or 1 hour and 40 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Turn out and cool on rack. Frost if desired.
