Pumpkin Tea Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1/4 c. light molasses
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
Yield:
1 loaf.
