Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain Swiss style yogurt
    1 (20 oz.) can chilled pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 c. juice)
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pt. washed, hulled and sliced strawberries or 16 oz. frozen sliced drained strawberries
Preparation
    To prepare dressing, mix yogurt and reserved pineapple juice. Cover and refrigerate.
    In 6 dessert dishes, alternately layer pineapple chunks and strawberry slices, placing cottage cheese between each layer.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until well chilled.
    Just before serving, top with yogurt dressing.
    Makes 6 servings.
