Vegetable-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper (red or green)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
    1 pkg. buttermilk salad mix
    1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese, drain
    assorted crackers (optional)
    potato chips (optional)
    raw vegetables (optional)
Preparation
    Combine chopped vegetables and salad dressing mix.
    Fold into cottage cheese.
    Store in container with screw-top; chill well. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
