Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. sliced tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray Dutch oven with cooking spray.
    Add the cabbage and the rest of the ingredients.
    Bring this to a boil; cover and reduce heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.
