Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. freshly grated cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation

Place pineapple in a well-greased rectangular glass pan.
Mix flour, sugar and cheese in a separate bowl.
Sprinkle mixture on top of pineapple.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top of everything. Pour melted butter on top of that.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
