Skillet Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil or shortening
    4 to 6 pork ribs or loin chops, cut 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 to 1/2 c. prepared barbecue sauce
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil in large frying pan; drain excess fat. Sprinkle with salt.
    Top with barbecue sauce.
    Simmer, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes until chops are tender.
    Place lemon slices on top of chops and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
