Chocolate Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 c. real butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (16 oz.) boxes powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter until smooth. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix. In large bowl, sift sugar and cocoa, then pour cheese mixture over sugar. Stir well. Pour into ungreased pan. Use a paper towel to blot the extra butter off top. Place in fridge for 30 minutes. Then cut in squares.
