Calf'S Liver With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. calf liver, 1/2-inch thick, skinned (cut away gristle)
    flour
    butter
    12 slices good-quality bacon
Preparation
    Dredge liver in flour, shaking off excess.
    Saute in hot butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until half done.
    Meanwhile, gently cook bacon until half done.
    Place bacon over the liver and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
