Asparagus Peking-Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, drained
Preparation

Heat pan; add oil, stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir constantly until it boils.
Add asparagus; heat thoroughly.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
