Apple Loaf(One Large Loaf Or 3 Mini Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peeled, cored, chopped apples (2 to 3 apples)
cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Preparation

In bowl of electric mixer, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the eggs, one by one, beating well after each.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add half of the flour mixture to the batter.
Beat (not too much).
Beat in milk and vanilla, then remaining flour mixture.
Fold in apples with rubber spatula. Spoon batter into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans, smoothing top.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
