Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/3 tsp. cloves
    1/3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar. Add molasses and egg.
    Mix well and drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
