Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a deep casserole (2-quart), mix everything, but cheese. When well mixed, top with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
