Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large red, yellow or green peppers (1 for each serving)
    1 medium onion, sauteed
    1 can refried beans
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    salsa
Preparation
    Slice peppers in half; remove seeds.
    In microwavable container with lid, cook peppers, covered in water, for 4 minutes on High. Or steam peppers.
    Remove peppers and turn upside down to drain.
