Pumpkin Pie - No Crust! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 300) can pumpkin
14 1/2 oz. can (1 3/4 c.) evaporated milk
Preparation

Grease a pie tin generously with butter and dust generously with flour.
Don't shake the pan too hard, but don't leave too much flour.
Beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie tin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 (hot oven) for 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
Makes a large pie!
