Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 fresh apples, sliced and peeled
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    cinnamon
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put the sliced and peeled apples into greased casserole.
    Mix flour and sugars.
    Cut oleo into mixture.
    Combine the water and lemon juice and pour over apples in dish.
    Pour sugar topping over the apples.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake until cheese melts.
