Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (No. 2) can green peas (LeSueur small peas), drained
    1 can white corn (Shoe Peg)
    1 small jar diced pimentos
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
    3/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix all this together for several hours at least.
    It is better to sit overnight.
