Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. jello
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 pkg. graham crackers
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt the margarine.
    Add the sugar and 3 crackers and mix until crumbly.
    Press into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Add the boiling water to the jello mix and the ice cream.
    Beat with mixer.
    Pour over crackers.
    Top with fresh fruit and whipping cream, if desired.
