Bow Ties With Sausage And Sweet Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. bow tie pasta
    3/4 lb. hot/sweet Italian sausage links
    2 medium red peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1/2 cup vegetable or beef broth
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup snipped Italian parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Meanwhile, cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and cook with red peppers until sausage is brown.
    Drain off fat.
    Add broth and black pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Toss pasta with sausage mixture and parsley.
