Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend flavoring, margarine and confectioners sugar thoroughly.
Press evenly into square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 2 minutes.
