Blueberry Muffins(Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c.milk
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 c. blabbers
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    (If self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt.)
    Beat the egg, add milk to egg then shortening.
    Pour liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and combine quickly.
    Add blabbers and spoon into greased and lightly floured muffin pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serve hot or cold.
