Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. half and half
    1 lb. sausage, fried, drained and crumbled
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of chili pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with more shredded Cheddar, if desired, and serve warm.
    Wonderful for weekends!!!
