Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage, drained
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water
    and salt.
    Let cool.
    Beat eggs with milk; stir into grits mixture with the sausage, Jiffy mix and butter.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Cover all with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
