Southwest Burgers(Good For Low-Fat Diets.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (your choice)
    1 1/2 c. black beans (measure after cooking or from can)
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 c. fresh chopped cilantro
    salt and pepper (add after grilling)
Preparation
    Mash beans lightly (there will be whole beans and chunks). Mix all ingredients together well.
    Makes 6 to 8 burgers. Grilling is the cooking method.
