Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, cooked
    1 c. milk
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks (use whites to make meringue)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    9 inch pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and soda together. Add milk, mix well. Fold in rhubarb. Beat egg yolks and add to rhubarb mixture. Cook in double boiler until thick. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
