Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Line pan with aluminum foil. Make a paste with ingredients. Use half of mixture on top of roast. Broil 7 minutes. Turn roast. Use remaining 1/2 paste and broil 7
    minutes more. Seal with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Slice thinly and serve with horseradish sauce and thinly sliced bread.
