Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
29 to 30 oz. cherry pie filling
Preparation

Save 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside.
Combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil.
In small bowl, mix until crumbly.
Press on bottom and halfway up sides of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In large bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Add 3 eggs and rest of cake mix.
Beat 1 minute and add milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour onto crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until center is firm.
Cool and put pie filling on top.
