Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. cheese (Colby, sharp; whatever you like)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and seasonings.
Blend; add milk. Cook slow until thick and smooth; add cheese and stir until melted.
