Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
2 dozen eggs
mustard
mayonnaise
sweet pickle relish
salt
Preparation

Dice and cook potatoes until soft (not mushy).
Dice boiled eggs.
Mix potatoes and eggs with 2 to 3 tablespoons mustard and 1 pint mayonnaise.
Mix in 2/3 of a 16 oz. jar of pickle relish. Salt to taste.
