Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled, grated carrots
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into two bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
