Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    6 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar mint pimento
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins.
    Drain, peel and whip with a pinch of salt.
    Blend remaining ingredients mixture.
    Should be moist. Pile into baking dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
