Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut up
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. regular raw rice or 1 1/2 c. precooked)
    2 c. (1 lb.) tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook until onion is yellow.
    Drain most of fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and bacon.
    Cook over low heat, uncovered, about 15 minutes.
