Mexican Cheese Meat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can Ro-Tel, blended
2 cans chili con carne without beans
1/2 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped
1 lb. Velveeta, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
If needed, thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over Doritos or Tostitos.
