Pecan Candy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. candied red cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 lb. pitted dates
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    4 oz. flaked coconut
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Chop all fruit.
    Add fruit to large bowl. Sprinkle flour; toss to coat well.
    Add pecans and coconut.
    Toss to mix.
    Add sweetened milk; stir to mix well.
    (I use my hands.) Spoon evenly into greased tube pan.
    Bake in slow oven 1 1/2 hours.
    Wrap tightly in foil.
    Refrigerate.
